Patient Texting Solutions

Voice Connect provide effective, cost efficient patient texting solutions for medical practices throughout the UK. The Medical Messenger system is fully accredited and integrates with your practice appointment book. As part of this integration the system inserts the appropriate read code/Snomed against the record for health campaigns.

Voice Connect Medical Messenger is a unique facility, taking advantage of least-cost routing to automatically find the cheapest way to send your message to your patients using either email, text message or letter. Medical Messenger will sort through your chosen contact list, sending emails and texts to as many patients as possible at minimal cost.

Our dedicated team set up and install your software remotely. You will be given a dedicated project manager and installation engineer who will guide you through the progress, and our fully trained support team are available via telephone from 8am until 5pm.

We provide flexible payment options, including monthly and annual direct debit options for an annual licence of Medical Messenger, with charges based on the size of the practice. All setup is provided free of charge, with no additional charges for practices located across multiple sites.

Automated Messaging Software

Reduce calls into reception and send a variety of messages to patients using Medical Messenger. These messages can range from texts, emails and letters for appointment confirmation and reminders. Once set up, the system will automatically send appointment reminders and confirmations, with information including the time, date, clinician, and the location of the appointment for multi-site surgeries. Patients can simply text back to cancel an appointment, automatically removing it from your clinical database, freeing up slots and reducing Did Not Attend (DNA) rates.

    Phone Access

    The telephone remains the preferred method for patients to contact NHS services. Clinic Partner allows users to book, check, change, and cancel appointments automatically using their telephone keypad or mobile phone.

    Online Booking

    Using email registration, Clinic Partner, enables patients to access past and future appointments from their profile on our web portal. The portal sends appointment reminders via text and allows patients to book and cancel as and when they require.

    Self Check-in

    Be it a fixed kiosk or iPad/tablet check in, Clinic Partner works to alleviate pressure from the reception team with its self-check in features, allowing patients to automatically check-in when they arrive for their appointment. *Please note this is a software only element - the screen is not provided by Voice Connect*

    Calling Screen

    Clinic Partner comes with a waiting room display feature. The system highlights when clinicians are ready for the next patient and directs them to the correct room/cubicle.     Facility Management

    Users of Clinic Partner can configure the system to their bespoke needs, this includes; number of rooms available, clinic opening hours, appointment availability, walk-in appointment availability and weekend/Bank Holiday management.

    Reporting

    Run reports online or via Microsoft Excel, Clinic Partner allows users to have valuable data at their fingertips. The system allows supervisors to access reporting remotely, aiding staff management and planning.
