As part of this integration the system inserts the appropriate read code/Snomed against the record for health campaigns.

Medical Messenger will sort through your chosen contact list, sending emails and texts to as many patients as possible at minimal cost.
Our dedicated team set up and install your software remotely. You will be given a dedicated project manager and installation engineer who will guide you through the progress, and our fully trained support team are available via telephone from 8am until 5pm.
We provide flexible payment options, including monthly and annual direct debit options for an annual licence of Medical Messenger, with charges based on the size of the practice. All setup is provided free of charge, with no additional charges for practices located across multiple sites.

Automated Messaging Software
Reduce calls into reception and send a variety of messages to patients using Medical Messenger. These messages can range from texts, emails and letters for appointment confirmation and reminders. Once set up, the system will automatically send appointment reminders and confirmations, with information including the time, date, clinician, and the location of the appointment for multi-site surgeries. Patients can simply text back to cancel an appointment, automatically removing it from your clinical database, freeing up slots and reducing Did Not Attend (DNA) rates.
