Our repeat prescription service enables your patients to dial into the practice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing an easy to use platform to order repeat prescriptions without the need to contact reception.

Ordering prescriptions couldn’t be easier. The patient dials into the practice (or a separate number, if you prefer) and selects the “repeat prescription” option. After logging in using a unique PIN number, the patient will hear a menu offering their available prescriptions. Once they have selected their required prescription, the service processes the request then adds it as a task in the clinical database.

If the patient requires a consultation before requesting a prescription, they can book an appointment directly through our automated system, if the practice uses Patient Partner. Finally, a GP or clinician must sign off on the task as they would with all repeat requests.

    The telephone remains the preferred method for patients to contact NHS services. Clinic Partner allows users to book, check, change, and cancel appointments automatically using their telephone keypad or mobile phone.

    Online Booking

    Using email registration, Clinic Partner, enables patients to access past and future appointments from their profile on our web portal. The portal sends appointment reminders via text and allows patients to book and cancel as and when they require.

    Self Check-in

    Calling Screen

    Clinic Partner comes with a waiting room display feature. The system highlights when clinicians are ready for the next patient and directs them to the correct room/cubicle.     Facility Management
